Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
1. Information We Collect
RadiQo is designed to respect your privacy. We do not require registration, login credentials, or personal identification to stream audio stations. When you use the platform, client-side preferences such as volume levels and recently played stations may be saved locally on your device using browser local storage.
2. Audio Streams & External Servers
When connecting to a live radio broadcast, your browser establishes an HTTP connection directly with the corresponding third-party Icecast, Shoutcast, or HLS broadcast server. These servers may log standard technical connection information such as IP addresses.
3. Cookies & Local Storage
We use browser storage strictly for functional audio playback settings (such as muting, volume position, and UI theme preferences). We do not deploy third-party cross-site tracking cookies.
4. Updates
We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect future capabilities (such as user accounts or mobile apps). Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
